How to apply?
1. Remove eye makeup with an oil-free makeup remover or cleanser.
2. Apply only one stroke of the Serum at the root of your upper lashes once a day (like an eyeliner).
3. Wait until the serum has fully dried if applying additional beauty products.
TIP: For best results, apply in the PM and allow the serum to work overnight.
